Return Policy

If for any unfortunate reason you are not satisfied, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving date and we will happily supply you with two options if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect: 1)refund the purchase price less shipping 2)issue a store credit (excludes shipping charges) towards any future purchase at FARA Gift & Logo Store

FARA Gift & Logo Store will not refund any damaged items by customer. The items returned must be in its original, sellable condition unless there is a defect, in that case we will provide you with a replacement of your choice. All returned items will be refunded the purchase price excluding the shipping charges. In some cases, refund the purchase price less shipping and a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
